By accepting this agreement advertisers must ensure that they:

Have a legal right to rent out the property being advertised

Do not breach or infringe any copyright or trade mark through the advertisement

Do not swap the property being advertised without prior written consent

Check the accuracy of the advertisement as RED HOT RENTALS.CO.UK do not accept any responsibility for errors or mistakes

Appreciate they have waved the right to redress for any loss resulting from the use of this website caused directly or indirectly

Comply with any obligations they have under the Data protection act 1998

RED HOT RENTALS.CO.UK reserve the right to:

Edit or amend any information supplied

Alter the design, layout or functionality of the website without prior notice

Decline, remove or suspend any advertisement

Title and interest in the content of this website, including copyright, trade marks, databases and other intellectual property rights

Any ideas or concepts obtained whilst conducting business through this website

Legal disputes

Our agreement with advertisers is governed by English Law

In no event shall RED HOT RENTALS.CO.UK be liable for any loss under this agreement or in Tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation or consequential loss (e.g. Business interruption).

Total liability via RED HOT RENTALS.CO.UK under or in connection with this agreement is limited to the annual fees paid by the advertiser

RED HOT RENTALS.CO.UK does not warrant that this website will be free from interruption or error

RED HOT RENTALS.CO.UK may terminate this agreement by notice to the advertiser if any terms or conditions are broken

THE ADVERTISER undertakes to RED HOT RENTALS.CO.UK that they will, without prejudice to any other right of action which RED HOT RENTALS.CO.UK may have, at all times keep RED HOT RENTALS.CO.UK fully and effectively indemnified against any liability (which liability shall include, without limitation, all losses, costs claims, demands, actions, damages, legal and other professional fees and expenses on a full indemnity basis) which RED HOT RENTALS.CO.UK may suffer or incur as a result of the Advert the infringement of any intellectual property rights of any third party or by reason of any breach or non-fulfilment of any of THE ADVERTISER’s obligations contained in the Terms and conditions.

Any e-mail messages sent through RED HOT RENTALS.CO.UK must be for the specific purpose of enquiring about a holiday rental property.

Property ads

The ads are written by the owners and RED HOT RENTALS.CO.UK does not vouch for the accuracy of any information provided. Whilst you can send property information to a friend or relative via our link you are not permitted to copy and pass on data contained within this website.

Responsibilities

In case of any loss suffered through the use of this site RED HOT RENTALS.CO.UK can accept no responsibility for any loss or damage caused. Your agreement with the owner is, and should be considered your only course of redress. If you cannot agree with this part of our terms and conditions, you should not book a holiday rental property through this website. We always advise that you contact the owners of the properties advertised and ensure you are comfortable with any arrangement you make.

Promote and market both your property and our website to maximise exposure

RED HOT RENTALS.CO.UK take no responsibility for the following:

The accuracy of the information uploaded or any misleading information that may enter the site
Any failure to rent out the property

Any loss or damages clients or holiday makers suffer for any reason
The refunding of any monies paid to our advertisers by holiday makers

Loss of clients
Loss of information or photos

Terms & Conditions

Minimum of two photographs with each property advertisement

Only owners not agents can advertise on RED HOT RENTALS.CO.UK

Your description of the property and any further information you communicate must be accurate

No referrals to other websites is permitted

Only short term holiday rentals are accepted (Maximum period is 8 weeks)

You must include details of the rate you charge on a weekly basis

You must keep the on-line calendar up to date with bookings

You must include details of any additional charge e.g. cleaning
